Review of Ten by Gretchen McNeil

My review of Ten by Gretchen McNeil

I really loved this book about a group of ten teenagers who all receive invitations to a house party on an island for the weekend. What they don't realize is that the invitations came from a killer bent on revenge. Even though they all attend different schools they all have a connection that only the killer knows. They were all involved in wronging someone. At least in the killers eyes. As people start mysteriously dying it doesn't take Meg ( our main protagonist ) long to figure out that these deaths are no accident. Somebody is murdering them one by one. Can Meg discover who the killer is before it's too late and can she trust anyone. She doesn't know if the killer is one of the ten, or if there's someone else on the island with them.
Very cleverly written and the action is non stop. So many twists and turns you don't know what's going to happen next. You'll have a lot of fun finding out though. A definite page turne…

Review of Order of the Dimensions by Irene Helenowski

This book was very kindly sent to me by the Author

Blurb: When Jane Kremowski first began her graduate studies in physics at Madison State University in Wisconsin, little did she know where her work would take her. Now, she is embroiled in a multitude of dimensions all leading to different outcomes. She and her colleagues therefore must act wisely in order to take and keep away the Order of Dimension from falling into the wrong hands for the sake of her loved ones.

Review: I have to admit I'm not very technical, so there were aspects of this book I just didn't get, Basically a group of scientist's invent a machine that can transport people to different dimensions where the same people live but their lives are usually changed from the other dimension from which they came. Sometimes the differences are small and sometimes things have drastically changed. Jane, the heroine of this book finds herself caught up in the middle of a mad mans obsession. Dr. Anton Zelov wants to ta…

Review of Fear Collector by Gregg Olsen

Blurb: Ted Bundy. America's most notorious serial killer. For two women, he is the ultimate obsession. One is a cop whose sister may have been one of Bundy's victims. The other is a deranged groupie who corresponded with Bundy in prison--and raised her son to finish what Bundy started. To charm and seduce innocent girls. To kidnap and brutalize more women than any serial killer in history. And to lure one obsessed cop into a trap as sick and demented as Bundy himself. . .

Review: Fear Collector was a great read. I really loved it. I was drawn into the story from the very beginning as Tacoma Police Detective Grace Alexander is working a case that draws her into her past. Women are being murdered in a way that is reminiscent of serial killer Ted Bundy. Another girl, Emma Rose, goes missing and Grace is determined to find her before she becomes the next victim. At the same time she's trying to find the remains of her sister who many believe, including their Mother, was a vic…
